MECHANICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Printing process: offset
Card size: 5-1/2" x 3-1/2"
Binding method: not bound
Printing specifications: Camera-ready artwork suitable for offset reproduction required for both sides of card. Digital files supplied must be on a Mac-formatted disk and include a proof. File types accepted are QuarkXPress, Photoshop and Illustrator. Printed on postal offset card stock and when available printed on recycled stock.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR SUPPLIED DIGITAL FILES

Programs (Mac based):

· QuarkXPress, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
· Digital files are to include all supporting documents (postscript, screen fonts and pictures used.)
· Provide a laser proof for B/W files and a color proof for color files

Digital picture formats:
· EPS, TIFF or JPG
· 300 dpi Resolution
· CMYK or Grayscale, if other please specify (i.e. Duotone or Monotone)
· PDF files (PDF files are to be created for Hi-resolution printing)
Files can be supplied on CD, by email or uploaded onto FTP site (please contact EPT for FTP information).
